The RMO
operates Estate-parking regulations.
All vehicles parked on Blenheim Gardens need to be
displaying a valid tax disc and parking permit or otherwise it
will be removed.
Residents are entitled to a
resident permit and one visitors permit. Freeholders who do not pay service charges will need to
pay £15.00 for a visitor’s permit; resident permits are free
of charge.
For a
resident permit you will need to supply a valid insurance
certificate, a MOT certificate
and a logbook
for a vehicle registered to an address
on the estate. Visitor
permits are sent out automatically each year, usually
in July. If you lose
your permit we will levy a charge of £15.00 for each
additional permit issued.
