We would like to notify you that Blenheim Gardens RMO will be hosing a special general meeting on Tuesday 21st October 2025 at 7:00PM.

A copy of the agenda will also be dropped through your door, included with our Annual Report for 2024/25.
At this meeting we will be asking shareholders to approve, by means of a vote, the use of our surplus funds to continue undertaking additional phases of the retrofit works that are underway on the estate.
The meeting will take place at the community hub, 23 Prague Place, London, SW25ED and also online via zoom. The zoom details are included in the agenda attached.
